El Caporal (The Foreman) is the term used for the person in charge of a group of cowboys who care for the livestock of the haciendas. In honor of Daniel Sanchezs father, this label is created, since it was his father who had this position at the farm where Daniel grew up. This wine presents an intense purple color with violet shades, clean and shiny. With aromatic notes of roasted coffee, black cherry, and a hint of cacao. In palate, it surrounds with soft tanins, balanced acidity with a long aftertaste. Hacienda Guadalupe is a family business owned by Daniel Sanchez and Gabriela Melchum, founded in 2008. With a boutique wine production of 7 labels, which all conserve and take care of the best of each grape varietal, highlighting the personality of each one of them.
