Commercial Description:

This is the second blend in our series of barrel aged “Saisons.” The first was called In Principio. Ad Absurdum is a blend of 3 unique barrels combined to showcase some of the flavors in our barrel inventory. It’s mildly tart and oaky and funky. This beer really showcases the balance and complexity that I love in wild beers.
