Cuve des Trolls was introduced in Belgium in 2000 and to the U.S. in 2010. Trolls is Dubuisson’s fastest growing beer. Troll weighs in at only 7% alcohol by volume. Made with all blond malts and a hint of orange peel, Trolls is hazy blond. It has a lovely, fresh doughy aroma with a light but distinctly malty body, and bright orange notes. It finishes clean with a nice hop bite typical of this brewery’s distinctive beers. A quaffable delight! It has been very popular and, dare we say, helpful with customers seeking a true Belgian beer experience but prefer a less alcoholic and aggressively aromatic profile.

GREAT WITH FOOD!

Cuve des Trolls, flavored with orange peel, will provide a note of freshness, notably for fish and white meats. We also love it with a watercress, blood orange, beet and goat cheese salad and citrusy dressing. Suits spicy cuisine nicely, too.
