Commercial Description:

This beer was inspired from Taiyaki, a type of pastry very famous in Japan that is baked in the shape of a fish and has a texture similar to a waffle dough. It comes with several types of fillings, the most traditional being with Anko, a sweet paste of Azuki beans that was also one of the ingredients chosen for this beer. Taiyaki is a Pastry Imperial Stout with a velvety texture, smooth, with hints of chocolate, vanilla and a light caramel background
