Here’s another addition to the range, which was matured for 13 years and treated to a finishing period in casks that previously held amontillado sherry.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Streaky bacon and honey-roasted ham crisps, honeydew melon, a hint of oak-y spice.

Palate: Thick caramel, salty smoke, peppercorn and baked orchard fruits.

Finish: A touch of fizzy oak lingers alongside orange peel and menthol.
